NRC COllege Ministry

NRC provides a unique opportunity for college-aged students to gather and grow as individuals and as a community through the local church. The body of believers at NRC is committed to establishing a place for students to fellowship together under the leadership of Christ for their good and for His glory.

The NRC College Ministry meets each week on Wednesdays at 7:30pm in the Outback for a time of intentional prayer and Bible study.

We will start the Fall semester by exploring what it means to be involved in the NRC College Ministry through a series called “Who Are We?”. During this time, we will explore foundational principles and practical applications that have served to develop our expectations for our ministry, all through the lens of God’s Word. The semester will continue with an in-depth study through the New Testament book of James.

Our desire is to help students develop and maintain a love for God, His Word, His people, and His mission through the NRC process of Worship, Grow, and Serve. We also partner with the local BCM and plan to support and engage in their student outreach efforts at both the University of Alabama and Shelton State Community College.
