At NRC we want to be disciples committed to on-going growth in 4 key areas:

Listening to God's Voice

We want to hear and respond to God’s leading. We speak and listen to Him in prayer.

  • How is God directing you? 
  • What do you need to quiet in your life to hear God better?

Looking to God's Word

We recognize the authority of God’s Word. He will never lead us contrary to what He has already spoken.

  • How is God’s Word challenging you?
  • What can you do to prioritize God’s Word?

Loving God's People

We are not lone rangers. We are family.

  • How are you pursuing authentic community with other believers?
  • What gets in the way of community with other believers?

Living Sent

We measure ourselves by our sending capacity over our seating capacity. We believe the most loving thing a person can do for another is point them to Jesus.

  • What everyday opportunity have you used to point someone to Jesus?
  • What opportunities did you miss to tell someone about Jesus?

Elders

NRC has an Elder board that consists of 7 men of the church, including our Lead Pastor, Nate Young. The Elders handle the business of NRC which allows us to only have one large business meeting each year at Celebration Sunday. Below is a list of our current Elders.
